Junior year is your last chance to become a great college applicant!
In 5 two-hour sessions, students learn planning and leadership skills. We help students hone the advanced study skills, including independent learning, that they will need in college. And finally, we learn about what colleges look for in applicants and therefore, how students can identify and communicate their greatest strengths.
We also discuss the crucial “junior packet” or “counselor information packet” that high school counselors generally request in order to write great letters of recommendation for college admissions. We cover how students should respond and what information they should be sure to provide (or not provide!). In the process, students will clarify their goals, interests, strengths and vision.
